After holding a public discussion on pricing and taking in mind the written suggestions and objections of interested parties the Commission took note of some proposals for changes in pricing elements.

The changes made concern mostly the formation of preferential prices for electricity produced from biomass and the creation of three new groups in the photovoltaic power plants. 

Preferential prices for electricity produced from Renewable Energy Sources in force from July 1st 2011. 

Electricity generated by hydroelectric power plants (HEPP).

• Micro HEPP with installed capacity up to 200 kW - 116.2 Euro/MW
• Low head riverbed, derivative, operating storage and derivative with annual equalizer and net drop up to 30 meters, from 200 to 10 000 kW - 113.9 Euro/MW
• Middle head derivative, operating storage and derivative with annual equalizer and net drop from 30 up to 100 meters, from 200 to 10 000 kW - 95.5 Euro/MW
• High head derivative, operating storage and derivative with annual equalizer and net drop over 100 meters, from 200 to 10 000 kW - 91.5 Euro/MW
• Derivation tunnels with annual equalizer up to 10 000 kW - 135.5 Euro/MW
• Micro HEPP with pumps - 57.3 Euro/MW
