Investigation of the company owner of the project - legal status, due taxes, legal claims, contracts, mortgages, litigation and fines. |
Survey of the terrain on which the facility will be build, including history of owners, way of acquisition by the company, ownership documents, study for property rights and servitudes, claims by authorities or other persons for ownership. |
Survey of zoning plan of the terrain and the documents it’s based on. Check for active or in project general zoning plans, affecting the land or influencing conduct business. |
Study of conditions for accession and the preliminary or final accession contract with the electricity transmission or distribution company. |
Study of assessment for environmental impact EIA (if existed). |
